All day I had stuck to ss, wasn't feeling too bad even after an argument with Alex I kept away from the chocolates. Until the evening I was feeling really cold and wanted to snuggle up under the duvet and watch the soaps but I went in the bedroom to find Alex was in there asleep, not a huge problem I know but he could have mentioned that was what he was going to do. I came back downstairs and raided the quality street tin and fininshed all the ones I like. At least I know there aren't any there for me to worry about now!!
Today is a new start and I WILL stick to it!
On a positive note I thought I Would try all the clothes I bought in the sales and they do fit! so I can fit in a size 16 YAY!! my top size is still an 18 though as I have a rather large chest, I am hpoing that it will shrink eventually if not I'm off for a reduction
