Today I have decided to change back to Weightwatchers. Alex has been putting on weight while I have been doing cd and I feel he needs my support to lose weight again. I managed to get him to eat more veg and healthier foods when on ww before, which I thought I would never manage to do!
It will benefit the whole family by going back to ww. Charlie refused to eat tomato pasta at nursery today, she used to love pasta but she said it was because I didn't cook it anymore that she wouldn't eat it. I don't want the children growing up with food issues because I have stopped cooking some of the meals. Alex needs to lose weight for health issues, he already has sleep apnoea and is starting to feel tired a lot (I guess it would help if he went to hopital appointment but we can't have everything!) If he lost weight that would help him.
Another reason for changing is for me, I am at a point where I am happy with my weight and how I look so I'm not worried if I don't lose at a slower rate now, I would also like to get back to going to the gym as I have been paying for it and not using it. with joining a new hockey club next season I need to get my fitness levels up so that I can join in with warm ups etc at a better level, but I just don't have the energy to drag myself out to the gym on cd.
I will still post on here, probably as a food diary so I can keep check on my points, I don't know anyone (other than Spooky!) reads my blog!!
