Yes that's stone!!
Weigh in tonight and I have lost 6lb this week so that is now 34lb gone doing cd and 56lb in total!!
I am amazed as it is the most I have lost when dieting I've normally given up by about 2 stone but I really want to get to my target weight!
Saw my MIL and she commented that I had lost a shed load of weight!! (I didn't think she would even notice!)

Ready to Kill!!
Well for the first time (I've really noticed anyway I'm sure Alex would differ!!) I was ready to kill whilst on TOTM! I ended up having to shut myself in my office! I was feeling quite hungry too, I am finding that at TOTM too. I was good though and stuck to green tea, water, sugar free polo's and my units.
I did calm down by about lunchtime and felt ready to mix with the rest of the office! maybe the fact I also spent £100 in my lunchbreak helped too (not my money thankfully!)
Saw a couple more people that I hadn't seen for a while and they said they could really see the difference - it really keeps me going hearing that as I know this diet really is working!
Weigh in tomorrow should be good after last weeks measly 1lb! I have weighed myself this morning and the drop is about 7lb so I'm expecting it to be about 4 or 5lb once I'm fully dressed(which are the lightest clothes I have?!!) and drunk lots of water through the day (not much just before wi though!)

More Compliments!!
I had quite a good day yesterday!
At work I went over to the local Tesco express (I was their best customer til I started Cd!!) and one of the Ladies that I was doing ww with looked at me and said they could tell I was still doing well and asked how much I had lost and although they thought that cd was slightly extreme they thought I was doing so well on it!
I also went to the doctor yesterday and (even though it wasn't my regular one) she said I was doing really well and it was a good thing and gave me advice on upping my carb intake on days I was playing hockey (once I am at my goal weight that is!)
Last night I rang my best friend to find out how she got on at weight watchers and she had lost 1/2lb but was dissapointed, but I pointed out that it was her totm and then she admitted to having a bit of birthday cake before weigh in and had weighed 2lb lighter when she weighed herself in the morning!! But what she was saying was exactly how I was feeling after my weigh in last week so I know I'm not alone!
She then went on to tell that she was impressed that I ran across the hockey pitch on Saturday as a warm up which was rare for me as I felt very wobbly running and don't really like it but I'm starting to feel more confident about myself and I know the girls I play with don't judge me at all (even if they are all soooo skinny!!)
My friend also said that her Dad had said I was looking realy well too! She told him he should have told me that though!!
I was good last night and went for a swim, I haven't been for ages and remembered why - Other people!! Why do slow swimmers have to swim in the fast lane? and not like to get their hair wet?? I am an evil swimmer and make sure I kick extra hard when doing front crawl past them just to try and splash them!!
Right I'd better get off here so I can start on the water!!

Yaaaaaaaaaawn!!
Well dd decided 5.45am was a good time to wake up this morning! Oh well can start glugging that water earlier as I struggle to drink as much as I would on a weekday!
Not much planned really think I am just going to take the kids out! Although I also have the fuse for our downstairs lights to fix too it seems as none of them were working this morning but I need daylight to be able to sort that out!
Be back later I expect! I'm sure something more exciting will happen

Saturday!
Well was up early to go to hockey this morning. Was sttod in goal with all my kit on and the men's umpire walked past with our coach and couldnt work out who was in goal and had to ask. He was really surprised when he was told it was me and asked me if I had lost weight!
I was really pleased with that considering men don't normally comment on things like that! (especially knowing how blind Mike is!!!!) We won the hockey too which was fab!
Came home to the Alex & the kids and took dd out for a walk to the shops went into the butchers to order the Christmas turkey and he offered me pork scratchings I was very good and declined even though I wanted to grab a handful!!
The family are having fish and chips tonight so give me a night off cooking and I'm not likely to pinch any of that as I don't eat fish and am not keen on fried chips! So I think I'm safe from nibbling tonight!

The start!
I'm Claire, 30 years old up, Mother of 2 great kids, and work full time.
Up until April I was getting bigger and bigger to the point I looked in the mirror and thought Bubbles Devere from Little britain was looking back at me!
One Morning in April I felt I really needed to lose weight - something I had always known but I unfortunately suffered a miscarriage in March and think that changed my view on a lot of things.
I started Weight Watchers on the 7th April 2007 weighing in at 18st 2lbs. I really stuck to it to start with and managed to lose 2.5lb by August but then all the food around me got too tempting and I started slipping!
A friend mentioned The Cambridge Diet to me one day and I started to look into it. I always thought I liked my food to much to do a meal replacement diet that was 3 meals a day and small ones at that! But I thought I'd give it a go (with a little encouragement from Spooky!!)
So on 14th October 2007 weighing 16st 8lb I started my Cambridge Diet journey. Quite a few people thought I was mad (and still do but are supportive!) but I have now been on it for 6 weeks and have lost 28.5lb making a total loss since April 50lb!!!
I found the first 4 weeks quite easy but recently food has seemed really appealing and a few mouthfuls made it past my willpower!
This is me pretty much at the start of my Journey in April. I had lost about 6lb when this pic was taken. I can't find any other full length ones at the mo as I usually was the one taking the pictures!
Anyway I think I've said enough for tonight will update soon x

My lovely husband Alex I think is now getting rather fed up with me spending money on new clothes although I am being good and getting most things on ebay at the moment as I don't plan on being in the size 18 for long!!
Anyway I think I've said enough for tonight will update soon x
